• Situated in the heart of “Sunset Country” in Northwestern Ontario, Ignace is seated at the base of Ontario's most northern Highway 599, 100km east of Dryden and 250km west of Thunder Bay (see map).

• Frequently referred to as a “Hidden Gem”, this is truly a magical place - with stunning views, sandy beach and shallow water for swimming, the Lone Pine's location does not disappoint.  Why spend the night listening to the highway, when you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the loons calling, and the waves lapping against the shore?

Getting Here is a Breeze

Directions from the East: Turn left (south) on West Street just past the Esso gas station; continue straight, past the public beach. We are located ~500m from the beach on the right hand side of the road.

Directions from the West: Turn right (south) on Lakeshore Drive, continue to stop sign at West Street. Turn right at stop sign; continue straight past the public beach. We are located ~500m from the beach on the right hand side of the road.
